At our annual meeting we need to elect a new president, set a monthly meeting time, have a Treasurer's Report, and discuss our website.
May 28, 2011 - annual meeting. One of our local members who is also on the State Board gave us an explanation of the changes in the organization of the State Board. We voted in some changes in our By-Laws so as to be in alignment with State and National League. We discussed the problem of voters not knowing their district for the school board elections. Future meetings will address healthcare reforms and education reforms.
Annual dues of $60 include membership at the local, state, and national levels.
